Example posting:This role will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned region is effectively and consistently meeting recruiting demands in growing the Colonial Life footprint and meeting production goals. Manage a team of Recruiting Consultants, who will work with territory and district sales leaders to meet recruiting needs through sourcing, attracting and selection of all 1099 contract sales roles and training managers on recruiting activity and strategy. Partner with the Vice President of Sales, Regional Planning Manager, Sourcing Manager and Territory Sales Managers to plan and execute recruiting strategies.
