The modern workplace prevents us from doing our best work. Long commutes, inflexible hours, endless meetings. The open office looks great but isn't conducive to deep work.
During the pandemic, many people experienced the worst possible version of remote work. Companies sent everyone home but kept all of their in office processes. Hybrid work is now a confusing mishmash of two poorly designed systems.
We do things differently. Our vision of work is remote, (mostly) asynchronous, and human-centric.
Tortuga has been a fully-distributed company for over a decade. Our small team works remotely and lives all over the world.
