You will have the opportunity to join a new Team that will play a key role in developing talents for the Engineering department. By joining this Team, you will follow a structured program designed to enhance your technical skills and experience while learning the processes and approaches used in our daily production work. The Team’s primary goal is to prepare new talents through a 4-6 month program to join one of the 20+ Engineering Teams working on a variety of products across Namecheap.com and Spaceship.com platforms. The Team will have a dedicated Technical Leader to mentor you, along with a Project Manager and People Partner who will work with you daily to assist with onboarding, assign and validate tasks, create a personal development plan, and support you in achieving both personal and Team goals.
