We’re a remote-first company with teammates across time zones and disciplines. Trust and ownership are core to how we operate.
We
plan thoughtfully, share context openly, and work closely across
product, marketing, customer, and engineering teams. Everyone is
expected to contribute ideas, ask questions, and take responsibility for
the quality of what we ship.
We take the work seriously, but not
ourselves. There’s room for curiosity, learning, and the occasional
(read: frequent) Slack distraction.
