In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all remote operations run smoothly and efficiently during your assigned shifts, maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. Operations include testing, general deployment, logging across various offices, and maintaining efficiency across our team. As a key member of our Remote Operations Team, you will report to higher management and drive excellence in the department. Shift: This role requires flexible hours/days, ranging from 9AM to 1 AM CST, Monday through Sunday.
You will report into the LABS Operations Manager in our Remote Assistance Team team in our Robot Operations organization.
