Direct Meds  is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our growing telehealth and partner clinic network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, remote environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey while ensuring every interaction is professional, compassionate, and efficient.
