Manager - P&C Systems | Remote- United States 

The Manager, Foundational HR Systems is part of the P&C Operations function and oversees a team of Business Analysts, Sr. Functional Analysts, and Functional Analysts.

This role partners closely with P&C CoEs, global business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and deliver Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring alignment to business needs and service delivery outcomes.

You are responsible for:

    Developing and leading your team
    Prioritizing work across foundational HR platforms
    Managing escalations and driving resolution
    Delivering enhancements that improve employee and manager experience across core systems

qualifications

    Undergraduate degree in P&C, Business, or related field; HRIS certification an asset 
    4+ years people leadership experience managing 4–6 direct reports
    4+ years subject matter expertise in Core HCM platforms (Workday preferred) and Service Delivery platforms (ServiceNow HRSD preferred)
    Proven experience delivering and managing product roadmaps and system enhancements across enterprise HR platforms
    Strong ability to communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership
    Experience leading Tier 2 support for enterprise HR systems, including issue triage and vendor collaboration
    Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    Demonstrated leadership in managing foundational HR systems (Core HCM & Service Delivery)
    Strong experience with Workday Core HCM and ServiceNow HRSD
    Ability to drive decisions using impact analysis and strategic thinking
