The Senior Paralegal will independently meet with business owners, review, analyze, and draft legal and business documents. Although the Senior Paralegal’s legal work will be conducted under the supervision of an attorney, the Senior Paralegal will be expected to function independently on many matters and have the insight and experience regarding when to escalate any and all material issues to the attention of an attorney.
*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation,
candidates within a radius of our Boca Raton HQ office may be required
to work in the office on a hybrid schedule.
