Checking Account Bonuses

 If you're unemployed, and at home, and have internet, consider chasing checking account bonuses.

So many banks will pay you to deposit your paycheck at their institution. The amount ranges from $100-$500, usually after 90 days and a certain threshold of deposits. Invest an hour into moving things like your Ebay deposit, unemployment check or paycheck (or like I do, mystery shopping pay) to a new account. Once list of current promotions I like is:

Read the fine print, make sure you get your money! This can be done in some cases once a year. So, be sure you understand the rules and get yourself a little extra for Christmas or that home repair you need.
